The Hollywood Weave is a faster application service unlike individual strand methods larger volumes of hair are fitted to each row.
These longer width wefts of hair create a curtain effect giving excellent coverage and volume in a shorter space of time.
The weft tops are double stitched and adhesive sealed to prevent shedding. The flat top design allows them to lay beautifully flat to the head making them comfortable to wear.

Unlike traditional weft methods there are no tight, cornrow plaits.
Instead small neat sections of hair are selected and secured using a small silicone lined, powder coated, copper ring. (Micro Ring)
This creates an evenly spaced 'Track' for the wefts to be attached.
The rings are only 3.5mm in size so sit flatter to the head thus more comfortable to wear and less detectable.
5mm rings may be used on hair with a thick root density.
The weight of the extensions is evenly distributed across the track
The natural hair is ALWAYS kept in its natural hair growth position preventing tension and encourages healthy hair growth.

The weft top sits over the track and is stitched through the hair above the track.
A unique stitch is known as 'The Lock Stitch'
This stitch is secure, has even tension and each connecting stitch sits neatly beneath the weft top to prevent it becoming caught in a brush.
There is no sagging / bagging between each connection.
This image shows a weft AFTER 12 weeks wear with every stitch intact and as perfect as the day of application.

The number of tracks required will depend on the desired look.
A volume application may only need one row whilst a lengthening and volume application may require 4 - 5
The beauty of the Hollywood Weave is some clients with good root density can have a doubled over row applied onto one track. - more hair yet less application time.
This method is perfect for clients with a smaller head size and lesser natural density. Individual methods rely on the amount of natural hair as they are applied one by one thus limiting the amount of strands which can be applied.
The Hollywood Weave allows a greater volume of hair to be applied whilst always observing even weight distribution and safe application rules.

Your natural hair will continue to grow whilst wearing The Hollywood Weave. The rate of growth will vary client to client. Your hair will also continue its natural shedding cycle. The hairs which would usually be found in your hair brush or plughole will remain trapped inside the rings. These shed hairs can be recognised as loose unattached sprouts of hair with a tiny white dot on the end.
This is NORMAL and no cause for alarm.
With correct aftercare your Hollywood Weave will last for 12 months +

The Hollywood Weave is easily removed by a professional.
The stitches are cut to release the thread and the weft easily detaches from the rings.
The rings are opened using specialist pliers and simply slide out.
The build up of natural shed hair is gently teased apart & brushed out.
The amount of shed hair will vary person to person. It can appear to be a large amount but this is 8-12 weeks worth of hair which would have naturally fallen. If collected the hair from your hair brush over the same period you would be surprised at the amount.
Your hair may feel thinner as you will have become used to the extra volume & weight of the added extension hair. So may take a little while to adjust. This is also normal & it will be exactly as it was prior to extension wear . We monitor the natural hair at refits to ensure there are no adverse changes.

Wefts are completely reusable & require refitting between 8 - 12 weeks depending on your root density, natural shedding & growth rate.
We can remove and refit row by row or fully remove the extensions, wash cut & blow-dry your natural hair to ensure it remains in excellent condition, then refit the extensions and trim and style them.
